What if your prayers can change the world? Praying prayers with purpose can transform your life.
With the power to transform lives, open doors, and help lead people to live and love Jesus.
This is the power of prayer.
As Christian women praying bold prayers for purpose can change our lives those we love and people around the world.
What is impressive is everyone no matter where or who they are can pray bold prayers.
You can fulfill a mission from God to reach people through prayer.
In your career, on a mission trip, or for your family, bold prayers can change the world.
Start By Praying Boldly
Like Hannah, a woman who wanted a child so badly that when she was praying, Eli the priest thought she was drunk.
“In her deep anguish, Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly.”
(1 Samuel 1:10)
Here is the whole story 1 Samuel 1:9–21
God answered Hannah’s bold prayer. And her response was to sing songs of praise to God.
“There is no one holy like the Lord; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God.”
She dedicated her firstborn, Samuel, to God, and he became a priest.
God then blessed Hannah with 5 more children.
She prayed a bold prayer to God, and He answered her, then went above that and abundantly blessed her.
If you want to live as a Christian woman with a mission.
Pray boldly with purpose, then have a thankful heart.
Thankful Heart to God
Just as Hannah demonstrated a thankful heart, so should we when we pray bold prayers.
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
If we want to know God’s will for our lives, it’s clear in this verse: it starts by giving thanks.
When we pray a bold prayer, always remember to be thankful.
Believe for the impossible.
Do you believe God can do the impossible?
If the answer is yes, then you’re ready to pray boldly.
Yet if you’re unsure, step out in faith and believe anyway for God to do the miraculous.
Just take the steps, or shall I say the prayers of faith.
Pray for them until you see the answers God has.
Hannah is an incredible example of God answering prayers.
She struggled with infertility.
And because she wasn’t able to have kids, she was bullied.
Then she prayed a bold prayer. And God answered.
In those moments of anguish when we are seeking God. Remember, God is listening and hearing your prayers.
You aren’t forgotten.
Focus on what God can do.
Hannah’s story is about what God can do and not what she could do.
The only thing that Hannah did was go before God and cry out.
Then God did the miracle.
So many times, as Christian women today, we look first to what we can do.
Until we are put in situations where only God’s intervention can bring change.
Honestly, the bolder the prayers I pray, the more situations I get into when only God can bring the change.
I do want to say that Hannah did take a step of faith,
“Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the Lord and then went back to their home at Ramah. Elkanah made love to his wife Hannah, and the Lord remembered her.”
1 Samuel 1:19
Pray through the Pain
Remember what Jesus did right before He was going to fulfill His destiny through death and resurrection?
He went to Gethsemane to pray.
Here are His words:
“Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed,”My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”
Matthew 26:39

Jesus cried out boldly in prayer and prayed for another way.
The answer was to suffer through the pain to give salvation to all humanity.
Sometimes, the answer is to go through the pain.
When this is the answer, remember God has a purpose in it, and through the pain, transformation will come.
Trust God with the Answers
Hannah and Jesus trusted God.
Trusting God with the bold prayers we pray as Christian women is when our faith grows.
We might get the answer right away or it could take time.
Just know that you can trust God.
For over 7 years, I had asthma.
I had exercise-induced asthma. The problem was that I was a dancer and choreographer on the mission field in Eastern Europe.
Two things would bring on asthma attacks: the cold and excessive exercise.
Both things were in my life.
I was blessed that I could use my talents to reach people. But I also had to be aware of my daily limitations.
I prayed for years to be healed.
And went dozens of times to the emergency room for asthma attacks. The staff knew me in the ER.
I prayed for healing so many times. Crying out to God while gasping for air.
One year went by two, three, four.
Year after year, I was praying to be healed and going to the emergency room.
Then one day, someone prayed for me in their living room, then I prayed and was healed.
Since that day over 11 years ago I have been completely healed.
Though it all I have trusted God in the process of my healing.
I want to encourage all of you to trust God in all the things you are going through in life.
He hears your bold prayers.
He will answer you.
You can trust God to answer your bold prayers.
